We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Job Title: Software Developer

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Java developer with the ability to design and implement components of our web-based software solution. You will utilize state-of-the-art technologies such as Java, J2EE, JSP, and SQL (in an Oracle environment). We will rely on you to develop user-friendly and high performance features for a mission-critical application which must outshine and outperform all of our competitors. Our developers work directly with domain experts to define/refine product requirements then translate those to functional requirements and designs. Our developers are required to work as part of an overall product team to deliver a whole product solution.

Qualifications:

Excellent Java, HTML, and JavaScript skills
Thorough understanding of object oriented programming concepts
Completion of one or more successful full life-cycle development projects
Experience developing B2B web applications desirable
CS degree or equivalent plus 2 or more years of related experience
Relational database design experience
Strong SQL skills and JDBC familiarity
Knowledge and Experience using bug tracking, IDE, and source code control systems expected

Job Title: Quality Assurance Test Engineer

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Test Engineer to add to our team of developers. Our ideal candidate will have the following background and abilities:

Solid programming knowledge and working skills
Ability to generate automated unit and functional tests
SQL experience
Troubleshooting/problem isolation experience
Ability to isolate/eliminate functional and usability issues
Detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

Execute test plans
Develop Test cases
Maintain the high quality of our software
Exercise features in the front-, middle- and back-end tiers of connectMLS
Respond to system support requests
Light development tasks
Communicate quality issues to management and development team

Experience:

Completion of one or more successful full life-cycle development projects
Experience working with or developing B2B web applications desirable
Quick Learner (mandatory)
Java, HTML, JavaScript, Shell Script, and/or other programming skills highly desirable
SQL skills a major plus
Linux end-use/light admin experience a huge benefit
CS/MIS degree or 2 or more years of related experience
